I ordered an XL. I am 5'11 and have a 34 in leg from crotch to floor. After washing in cold water and tumble dry low, the pants brush the floor when barefoot and are going to be perfect with sneakers on. You could be up to two inches taller and still safely order these. They are medium thickness and very breathable and stretchy. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because cotton can stretch a little as the day goes by and can give a rumpled appearance on the lower half of the leg. By folding a seam up the front and storing on a hanger, this can be almost fully remedied. I do very much like these pants and will most likely order in another color. For the price, they can not be beat.
