Review on 🌈 BGFKS Layered Rainbow Tutu Skirt for Little Girls Dress Up with Colorful Hair Bows - Ballet Inspired Tulle Ensemble by Roger King

The colors of this tutu are so bright and it fits well BUT it can't be worn. The colored sections are not attached, so there are large gaps at the bottom. I've never seen anything like this. (See photo) I didn't have time to return it so I did my best to glue everything together. Unless you're going to glue (or sew) it on, you'll need a pair of shorts underneath for protection. It's not that full so I had to put another pack underneath to inflate it.
