These little brushes are essential in my shop. With this set you have 3 abrasion levels for different applications: steel, brass and nylon. I use them regularly to clean pretty much everything from machine parts to fabric stains. This style, especially with its dual-head design, offers great versatility for better access to the nooks and crannies of what you're working on. For strong grips and dual heads I think this is a pretty low price. In comparison, I would like to say that wire brushes with a similar purpose are much cheaper if you don't pay attention to a head and thinner handles.
