Mmmm.runs super big? Or?

Does not really add any slimming effect. I am a size 30 waist and I bought the size according for that.a medium. but I think I what I need is an extra small. This is not made of material that can cinch the waist at all. It's not sturdy enough for that It is attractive but I think not meant for that.

looks great. gets wrinkled at the waist with wear then looks less great.

Cons

The belt is uncomfortable to wear for extended periods of time
