Okay, I'm 58 years old and I've noticed that there is a difference using a sifter in baking. I never thought I would ever need this but I replace my old kitchenware and buy new kitchenware and settle on this softer one. Wow, it's sturdy and lasts forever. If you want a good deal, strong product to be passed down to your kids then this is what you need and the price was great. Try yourself to take regular flour or cake flour and make a cake with flour that you have sifted and another for yourself, you will see that it is even tastier. It's like beating eggs: you have to beat at least 2 minutes better than 3 minutes and you will find that the longer the eggs are beaten, the more air they have and they cook more beaten than eggs you eat with your hands and easy mix good.
