Great design, just not good enough

This little git has power, I give it to him. I think part of my problem might be that I live in Phoenix, Arizona. It's too dry here. The machine handles the water pretty well - not incredible, but pretty good. This morning (March 6th) I washed my car (BMW X3, so a small SUV) and it wasn't hot outside, at least by Phoenix standards. The blaster is great for crevices, but not the whole car. I had dried water lines and stains all over. I tried wiping it lightly with microfiber but ended up washing the car. FYI: I use Chemical Guys cannon foam to wash and then rinse the car without touching it unless it's unusually dirty for some reason. Then I usually dry it off with a large Chemical Guys dry towel. With this method I've never had a problem with water stains - just water occasionally leaking out of the crevices and flowing in a couple of spots. Overall this would be handy for columns, but it doesn't cost me $450 to use for this purpose. Shame as I was very excited and hoping this would be a good alternative to towel drying. I'd say I found it a lot more convenient to use than the blower - not only is it better for high places, but this thing doesn't make you look so stupid to your neighbors!
