The goods arrived on time. This tiny electronic device proved too difficult for me to set up and use. I couldn't figure it out or update it. My 19 year old son (who is very good with computers and gaming devices) realized that I am not the best at computers and electronic devices and tried to update and set up the device. He had problems too. It seemed like the PS5 update wasn't downloading properly. When trying it out, he used the included instructions and a few tutorial videos on YouTube. We ended up not being able to get the device to work with either his PS4 or my PS5.
