I was confused reading these reviews but that is your opinion. This is my absolute favourite. I've bought a variety of felt removers and keep coming back to them. You should leave the pad on your lashes for about a minute and then wipe off. Sometimes it takes a little longer, but it's worth it. It becomes almost sticky. Parts that do not come off with a napkin, just peel off immediately. Pretty lazy, although the price keeps jumping 😫
