I like that you can customize your own modem, there are many options for speed, data rates etc., so easy to set up what works best with our usage needs! The interface could be more user friendly but it's not bad at all once we get used to how everything looks/works. You will need some knowledge about networking hardware (routers) or have someone who does know help setup this device if needed. It makes using internet much easier than having an old phone line hooked directly into router via RJ11 cable which was very difficult when trying to find out exactly where things connect. We had issues connecting through different carriers with their provided modems since they were too slow compared to other companies' devices. Having one central point allows us access from anywhere without needing multiple phones lines installed across various locations.
