Don't forget to remove the seal in the cap

I had already tried gladiator bandages on, so I knew that I would most likely get a top quality product. The liquid chalk is great, it helps my grip and I can handle heavier weights more confidently. The bottle is small so you can take it with you conveniently and not in your bag. Please note that there is a metal security seal and a paper seal inside the lid. Obviously you need to remove both to be able to squeeze things out. When I found out I was a happy backpacker. 5 Stars!
