Zero stretch hole circumference is 19 inches. Some people don't mind a bit of tightness in the head. I can't stand tightness, not to mention that having a compressed area while sleeping is bad for the body. My head circumference is 23 inches so it was too tight. I'm white, I have very thick long hair that reaches my armpits and I felt like I didn't have enough length. My measurements range from the top hairline on my forehead to a length of 30 inches. Also, don't confuse the color name for this one. This is the rose gold color. No doubt. It's also a 100% polyester double layer which wasn't mentioned in the description. Really would like to know. The material is nice to the touch and I don't see any issues with the overall thing. If there was any information in the description I would Product probably not buy and would save time.
