Makeup Palette

Spend a little more for the Skin Illustrator Palette. I was in dire need of alcohol activated paints so I ordered them because they were delivered the same day. The quality is terrible. Where's the pigment? Where's the product?! The pans are covered with a coating, there is no product inside. In addition, the product peeled off with water. I really wanted to love her. Buyer warning!
