Review on CANEA Workflow by Jarom Bulles

The GUI is very friendly for non technical users to use as it has drag & drop capabilities which makes things easy in terms of creating new forms or modifying existing ones. It also offers several templates that can be used when designing your own form. Sometimes I have found myself stuck with no way out other than deleting my project file. This happens mostly if there are too many changes made while editing any template but sometimes this may happen even after making minor modifications. We started using Canea workflow since we realised how much time was wasted by our employees filling repetitive data into different systems manually. By integrating our ERP system (SAP) directly within Canea, we were able to streamline all manual steps required during various business functions including claim management.
