The ease by which you can create recipes for it! Also ifttt allows me access from my home computer so that i don't have use an external server like Zapier or other apps do but still get all notifications through email as well (which most others dont). Sometimes when using multiple accounts at once there are problems with recipe syncing between them - sometimes not even able see another account's saved list until restarting app completely then reloading again? Maybe some people think this will be helpful because they only want one way communication back & forth however we often need more than 1 person involved before something happens such as sending out mass emails/text messages etc.. Notifications via SMS would also make things easier too since its easy enough just reply yes / no instead having 2 different ways send text message reminders now!! It could improve overall experience though allowing both directions notification options would surely increase user base significantly. Great product tho.
