Broke within 5 hours

The hanging coconut and ladder are not chew proof whatsoever and my hamster broke the ladder off within 5 hours of hanging it. It’s a shame because she loved the coconut hideout (I had previously bought this item before and had the same issues) but she chewed the ladder right off once again. The string holding it together is less study than a wet shoelace and it’s just not worth the money at all.
