Suit material with class 1 skirt cut

I don't know if it's a mother's or a child's cut, but either way, neither is the goal of the cheap material in this design. Hard, no, he's back. It blinks like it's meant for someone in the shape of a triangle. The material doesn't look sexy but I wouldn't if the cut was good. Unfortunately, the neckline is the worst part of this item. I ordered a very large one and it was too big.
