It usually takes time to break in shoes, even running shoes. I took them out of the box, put them on and they felt comfortable right away! The back ankle and heel blister easily which is why I chose them with no show socks but I imagine these shoes are very comfortable worn alone. I forgot to mention that I am 8 months pregnant. and it is very difficult for me to tie my shoelaces, so I chose loafers. It is great! These shoes are easy to put on and while walking long distances is difficult at the moment, my feet were supported enough to make a half mile walk seem doable. I recommend these sneakers as they are true to size and very comfortable. and I think reasonable prices! Great shoes!
