I do a lot of my shopping online, so when I came across ETAOLINE, a website that specializes in selling women's apparel, footwear, and jewelry, I was very thrilled. However, my experience with the business did not live up to my expectations in any way. To begin, I was quite dissatisfied with the overall quality of the products that I purchased. The pictures on the website did not at all reflect the actual appearance of the garments I purchased. The colors were off, the materials were cheap and scratchy, and the quality of the product as a whole was subpar. The shoes that I purchased were not only painful to wear, but they also fell apart after only a few uses. I was so dissatisfied with the product's quality that I made the decision to send it all back. Unfortunately, the procedure of returning the item was a complete nightmare. The customer service was impolite and unable to assist in any way. They were unhelpful and uninterested in finding a solution to my problem when I tried to get in touch with them to seek for assistance with my return. They made it abundantly obvious that they did not care about me as a customer and that they were not willing to assist me in any way. They also made it abundantly clear that they were not interested in helping me. Because of this, I had no choice but to handle the return procedure all by myself, which was a major bother and required a significant amount of my time. In the end, I was successful in getting a reimbursement, but the hassle that I had to go through was not worth it. In general, my time spent with ETAOLINE was filled with a great deal of dissatisfaction. The low quality of the products combined with the appalling support provided to customers left a sour flavor in my mouth. This is not a store that I would suggest to anyone, and I would encourage people to look elsewhere for their shopping needs.
