This mask is really cool and a unique costume in its own right. It's obviously for Halloween, but it's fun any time of the year, for example you can use the app to create a face for Santa or Buddy the Elf, or HAPPY BIRTHDAY etc. to match any time of year or whatever was. the occasion you are celebrating. They will be a hit at the party or it would also be fun for raves and concerts. I have the AA battery version and it works great. The colored lights are bright, but the mask definitely looks better in a darker setting where the lights really pop. The mask comes preloaded with many cool options. So if you have trouble with the app, you can still wear it and have a lot of fun with it. Initially I had small problems and frustrations because I couldn't connect the app to my phone. The instructions are too short and I found them lacking, but I just kept playing with it and figuring it out. Once I managed to pair the app, mask and my phone, I saw how cool this mask really is! Graphics and messages are fully customizable. The only limit is your creativity (and your ability to understand the app, lol). The app worked fine for me, it was just a bit difficult for me to figure it out myself but I'm not the most tech savvy to be honest. Even with three built-in AA batteries, the mask is discreetly light and comfortable to wear. When worn it seems to sag a bit but it actually stays in place quite securely. The strap is elastic with velcro at each end, so it can be easily adjusted to fit different people. The strap is also removable so you can make your own strap if needed, although threading a new strap through the strap slots or the original strap back through the slots would be a problem (but doable) in my opinion because of the strap slots made. For this reason, I don't recommend removing the straps, but you could if you had to. The eye holes are narrow and slightly obstruct the view. You'll do great at a party, but I don't recommend driving in this mask (although it sounds like a lot of fun to drive in this mask, so hire a driver and be a passenger if you're driving and people-watching want reactions in other cars). The eye slits are surrounded on the back by a molded silicone mask (similar to a swim mask) which you can see in the photos of the back of this mask provided by the seller. The silicone mask does a good job of keeping the mask on the face but does not allow you to wear goggles while wearing this mask. So if you wear glasses, you must wear contact lenses. Overall, this is a really cool mask, especially since it's fully customizable. You can put any face or message on it like B. your company name and logo, your connection name and logo or whatever. It works fine for me and I'm pretty bad with electronics. So if you like electronics, you can actually do some cool stuff with this mask.
