I've been using this shampoo every other day since I bought it; the key to getting results is persistence. Since hair grows for a long time, I cannot yet speak about its effectiveness in terms of hair growth. However after using this shampoo I have no dandruff and no irritation on my scalp which is a big plus if you have sensitive skin. Smells great and cleans hair well. Feels a bit heavy/greasy on application and just after washing, but leaves hair feeling very soft and full after drying. Overall I really like the shampoo and will continue to use it to maintain my current hair condition and hopefully see some regrowth on the thinning part of my scalp. Love the natural ingredients, the smell and no irritation/dandruff issues. NOTE: Please be realistic when buying a shampoo and think that it will conjure up a new head of hair on your head in 2 weeks. Some of the shampoo's active ingredients (ketoconazole and saw palmetto) have been scientifically proven, but remember that the results you can expect will depend on a variety of factors. I have some thinning at the crown/crown only and use this shampoo to prevent further shedding or hopefully reverse some of it.
