Excellent product. Well made and easy to install and use. Just remember that there is no anti-vibration mount. My iPhone 11 rear camera broke after 3 rides on my new bike. This isn't a problem with the phone mount, it's due to my steering wheel vibration and the iPhone camera's image stabilizer. My phone is out of warranty and the return period for this item has expired. So I swapped out the camera myself and now use the docked iPod touch for my directions and music. Be aware of this and don't blame the manufacturer. I emailed them to see if there will be a shock upgrade like the QuadLock at some point. So far there is no answer. Fingers crossed, otherwise I like this mount very much.
