Perfect for our truck. It wasn't very difficult to install. Had to watch some YouTube videos to figure out how to get to the screws behind the latch but when we removed the back panel of the door the screws were right there for the latch. We didn't have to remove the entire top compartment door like some of the videos say. You can replace it without doing this. Just do your research because if you remove the entire top door you risk breaking the tabs that hold it in place. And then replace the entire upper glove box, not just the latch.
