Review on COMOPEZ Micrometer Electronic Woodworking Millimeter by Dre Bhatt

I am adding tools to my toolbox and would like to get a digital caliper. The digital caliper from COMOPEZ is the ideal tool for precise measurements. The first thing you will notice is how durable the tool is. It is relatively heavy as it is made of stainless steel. The caliper comes with two batteries and a screwdriver, so you need to put the battery in before you can use it. Fortunately, this is not a difficult task. Simply unscrew the two screws holding the battery cover, insert the battery and you're done. The LCD screen is large and clear. Three buttons below the screen allow you to toggle between millimeters and inches, turn off and zero the display. It also has a locking screw on top and an adjustment wheel. I tested it on my watch strap which was supposed to be 22mm and the measurements were pretty accurate. The only problem I have with this tool is the case in which it was delivered. It's made of thin plastic and the tabs that should keep the lid closed don't snap. I think such a precision instrument deserves a better occasion. Overall, the caliper is well made, accurate and worth the money.
