I don't understand how something so simple can't work. Difficult to get the pins in the holes the first time, so you have to apply force to the dupont cable to get it to work, and then once. If pins are on the inside, they don't always connect to other pins in the same row. 20 years of experience as an electrical engineer. Believe me you should pay a little more.
