These pieces are smooth. I already had one, but we have a house that is over 5,000 square feet and that wasn't enough. I placed the second one on top, entered the controller and there was a new one in pending status. I clicked on it, then selected deployment and it was configured to match my other access point. Now I can walk around the house and automatically connect to the nearest hotspot. I also noticed that my old hotspot and new hotspot had older firmware, just press update on both, after a minute everything purrs. It's nice when something runs so smoothly and you don't have to reach under the hood to set everything up.
