Soft and quite the best in my rating
My granddaughter has sensory issues and only wears certain items. This dress passed her test. The fabric is very soft, which makes the dress beautiful and comfortable. The dress looks beautiful and 'swirls' is another must have for my little granddaughter. Fits as expected. I would buy this again without hesitation.

- I ordered a black dress and got a blue one. It also shrunk after the first wash and fit my daughter more on a shirt than a dress.
