Review on ๐Ÿงบ Efficient Closet Organization: Set of 6 Heavy Duty Blanket Hangers for Quilts, Comforters, Bedding, and More by Jason Ampongan

Great fabric storage option for seamstresses!

I needed a way to store film material, preferably protected from light and dust. Folding it and placing it in a plastic pillowcase on a shelf worked well if it was a few feet away. But since the cache had grown to half a dozen different fabrics, often 3-5 meters long, I didn't want them to be stacked on top of each other and have no room for bolts. So I decided to hang them in a spare closet. And then a couple of plastic hangers just burst from the weight. Well they are very heavy and I can hang anything from light rayon to heavy wool. The hangers are wide enough that I don't have to fold the fabrics so tightly and there is no risk of the hanger sagging or breaking. My only heartburn was because of the cost, it's not cheap, 6 for $27, but for the organization and safety I think it's worth it. For lighter fabrics, I double over each hanger to stretch that amount a bit.

Pros
  • understandable even for the old
Cons
  • Some little things
