Review on Unihotel by Flex Graham

I like that it's easy for me as an agent from India to send bookings out of my office in Delhi without having any technical problems or issues with time zones etc! The system can be difficult at times but overall very user friendly even if you are not tech savvy - our sales manager has been trained up by their team over there so they really do have your back when things go wrong!! We use this tool mostly because we're able to offer clients more than just hotels through uniHotels (we also include flights & transfers).
