This hair clipper works very well. It is very easy to hold and use. However, we somehow lost the charger for it. I contacted the seller twice to see if I could buy just the charger or if I would have to buy the full set again. I never heard back, even though months have passed. If customer service and tracking are important to you, don't look here and don't buy this product. You will be disappointed. Ongoing Customer Service: The company recently contacted me and we have come to a satisfactory resolution. I'm changing my stars to 4 stars because this is a really excellent clipper. My husband has been cutting his hair for 50 years and can honestly say these are the best clippers he has ever used. If it weren't for the slow customer service I would give this product a 5 star rating.
