Broke after 1 use for meat
I've had this product for 1 month but I've only used it once. Now I can't see the bottom half of the screen. The bright display only lasts about 3 seconds before turning off again. Too bad my return window ended before I realized this product was junk. I liked the folding feature because it makes the product compact for storage. Readings were accurate compared to a home thermostat.
