Review on AOMEKIE Stereo Microscope for Kids and Students 20-40X with 10Pcs Slides, Insect Specimen, LED Light Source, and Wide Field Eyepiece by John Murphy

The optics in this low magnification stereo microscope show no noticeable distortion and the illumination and focusing mechanism work properly. I bought it because I used it in my dad's biology class as a kid and was fascinated to be able to see small objects in such detail. So does this microscope, and it does it well. It has disadvantages like straight optics so you have to look directly at the sample and small lenses so you have to be careful not to look directly over the eyepieces. Again, it wasn't intended as a professional tool. They cost 5-50 times more. But a great product for the price and purpose. And it's a lot of fun.
