I've been working with them for over 8 years now, they have always done what's best to help our business succeed, even when we don't realize it at first! They are easy going people who will work through any issue you may come across without being pushy or annoying about anything. There is no better vendor out there that can do this job as well (or maybe just as good) than PN- if your looking for someone honest, trustworthy, hardworking, knowledgeable and willing to go above & beyond in order to make sure everything works perfectly then look elsewhere - nothing else comes close! It's easy to use, it has saved me tons of time in my job as an IT Support Specialist. I have had problems finding certain files but that is because I am not very tech savvy so this just takes some getting used to for people who are more familiar with computers. The software works great! We were able to stop using our old file servers which was HUGE plus. This allows employees to access their data from anywhere across campus and around the world.
