I like that it is easy to use with our business processes, especially since we are using Salesforce as well. It does prompt you for data needed which makes things run smoother. It has helped us organize all of the information we need in one place and keeps track of everything from quotes to contract renewals to customer feedback. We haven't found anything that would make me want to look elsewhere but if a new feature comes out then maybe I will have to change my mind! The integration into other platforms really helps because most people don't know how to navigate this platform. This allows us to keep all of our contact info within Mosaic so no having multiple spreadsheets or folders filled with documents.
