I had a horrible experience with Spenco's customer service department just lately. When I purchased a foot health product from their online shop, I received something completely different. I tried to get in touch with Spenco's customer service department, but the agent I spoke with was both useless and unapologetic. They demanded I keep the wrong item and wouldn't issue a refund or exchange. I was placed on hold for what seemed like an eternity before being disconnected when I requested to speak to a supervisor. Overall, I am very frustrated by Spenco's unsatisfactory customer service and refusal to make amends for their error. I would not recommend doing business with them and will not be doing so in the future.
