The integration of their chatbot with our CRM is fantastic! It's like having another agent in house, but without all that cost or hassle. They are very responsive team who wants what they do best - help businesses grow by providing them tools needed for success -- so far it has been great experience working together!! Nothing really at this point as everything seems top notch from initial contact through onboarding process until support after sales conversion when I had any questions about using system etc. We have used other livechat providers before (like yahoo messenger) however those services were not integrated well enough within Salesforce which made reporting difficult. With Chattermetric we can see every message sent via chattemetic vs just knowing if someone logged onto site. This allows us close monitoring during busy times such as holiday season to ensure no customers go un-handled due to lack of agents available.
