I used to use a Plantronics headset for Zoom and other web meetings; However, after a few hours a day, it becomes uncomfortable. I never liked the webcam's built-in microphone and computer speaker combination as it caused echoes and feedback. I picked up this USB mic/speaker to try and I'm blown away. Other participants in the web meeting sound great over the built-in speaker. They also say my voice is loud and clear with no feedback. I'm excited! The touch operation also feels pleasant. I recently installed krisp.ai noise reduction software on my computer and it makes it even better. It's not that it hides any bugs, but it does block things like barking dogs, crying babies, and even clearing your throat. I would highly recommend this software with any setup and it works particularly well with this device. I also wanted to note that it feels comfortable thanks to the metal body and high quality materials. It has a nice thick rubber pad on the bottom to keep it from sliding across the table.
