My golf caps get worn a lot, especially during the warmer months the edges wet my sweat. I have too many hats with salt stains from peak to crown. So it looked like the perfect solution. The glue is pretty good. I have tried these sweat absorbers several times. My issue with the product is that the more you sweat, the more the product loses its shape and definition. Regardless of whether the sweat in the product turns into a gel or just becomes liquid, the absorbent becomes more and more uncomfortable and begins to pull out of the cap. Halfway through my golf game, the blob in my hat is so deformed and heavy that it begins to fall out and I eventually had to remove it. This seems to work for light head sweating but can't handle a hot day or heavy sweating. I stopped including them in my hats due to my frustration with how they actually work.
