Uncomfortable for women

I used this c-section stand. This was the first time I tried high waisted compression leggings and I didn't like them. Instead of "keeping it all to themselves," they hilariously cut me, and after a few hours in them, my back starts to hurt a lot. When I sit in them, they contract in the middle of my stomach and are very uncomfortable. Otherwise they are thick and appear to be of good quality, I would not use the word 'soft' when describing the fabric.
