I like how it can be used to track different aspects of our business such as customer service/sales or billing etc.
It's easy for customers who are not computer savvy too use! Sometimes when you try something new there might have been some glitches in its initial stages but they seem pretty good now after getting their support team involved with us during this transition phase from another provider (which was very painful). Nothing really at all - we were using 2 separate systems before so everything went smoothly once integrated into one system which has helped improve efficiency greatly since then.
