So I like how it looks like a Dyson style hair straightener. Now I don't expect Dyson quality from it, but I kept having to run it through my hair several times. I felt it was a bit overdone and it was at max temp. It's been twice that I've experienced it. The first time I thought, um, maybe I'm in a hurry. Second time, same result. My hair type is between wavy and curly. It just depends on how she feels and if she was wrapped in a hair tie. My hair was in a scrunchie (I also put some oil on the roots). Anyway, I like that it has dual voltage so I can take it abroad, but I don't like the time wasting. I know my hair doesn't stay straight even after straightening it, just to give you an idea. It was just that it just didn't suit my hair while some flat irons I can run 2-3 times and they are really straight. So it may work better for other hair types that aren't 2c or 3a and up.
