I always get this wonderful coffee when I go to Pho and wanted it at home. So I picked up this filter from my local Asian market along with sweetened condensed milk and Cafe Du Monde coffee. When I first started, I pressed too hard and twisted the middle, the water stayed in the cylinder and didn't drip. Take 2, loosen the grind and after 5-7 minutes I drank the coffee. I mixed and added ice, now it's like sitting in my favorite restaurant Pho.
