Review on Tire Michelin Primacy 3 215/55 R18 99V by Micha Zikowski ᠌

Revainrating 2 out of 5

I do not recommend spending your money on this.

Today I replaced the old Dunlop sport 01 (included) on a 2022 Toyota Corolla. put three on the bear. Size 205/55/16 91V. Made in 2022. Yes, it's quieter. Yes, softer. BUT ! Handling is much worse. in the reviews, I saw that they wrote that the sharpness of the steering response is lost . like the machine is now swimming . This is an understatement. Rolling resistance is disgusting. First, turn the steering wheel . and somewhere else, then turn the wheels. (Just like on the first smartphones.) In short, there is no feedback. The feeling of CONTROL (I emphasize) by the car was completely gone. There was a feeling of control of an inflatable boat. At least give it back. I have a winter Velcro bear - super soft. the same sizes. And even imagine it responds to the steering wheel better! Satisfied people wrote here who exchanged their dunlops for these bears. I don't understand. Here's how now to entrust the management of this "boat" to his wife . at speeds of 100 and above ? (How can I sleep next to you peacefully on a long-distance road?) And overtaking . I generally keep quiet. You can completely forget about maneuverability now. My experience since 98. I am not a street racer. Driving style is calm. I've ridden low profile as well. There is something to compare. This is not what we are talking about - this is different (there management is a fairy tale). But even for me - a lover of a quiet comfortable ride, such management is no good! I don't like to write reviews - well, it just broke through.

Pros
  • Soft, not very noisy.
Cons
  • Controllability
