The integration of multiple channels like UPS/Fedex or DHL within one dashboard makes it easy & convenient when managing your shipments at different locations in real time! It's very simple yet powerful tool which can be used by any level user without much technical knowledge required about this software.
Nothing really I dislike except its slow response during heavy traffic days but that may just depend upon internet speed you are using while working online via web browser. If we want an integrated solution where all our shipping needs should come under same roof then definitely go ahead! We have managed many international shipment projects successfully through urbandz since past couple years from various countries like India, USA etc.
