Is there a leak? Pull out the middle stick and add some fat.
When I first received it, there was a small leak (very small). I took out the center pin and added some silicone grease to the urethane o-ring (yes, real deal! Not cheap) and I haven't had any issues since. Very easy to restore! Will be ordering these for all future nipple fill guns. Captain O-Ring himself told me how to look after it and offered to replace it if I wasn't happy. Great company to do business with.
