I tried grinding meat with a small amount of fat and the assembly immediately clogged. I cleaned it and restarted it and it was immediately clogged. The blender motor is not powerful enough to cleanly mince meat with ANY fat. I've tried over and over again to grind the meat/fat to no avail. Yes, the meat was almost frozen. I am completely useless. If you want to ONLY grind the meat with no fat then it will probably work, but what sausage doesn't just have LITTLE fat? Terribly disappointed. Since then I have ordered a real meat grinder and a sausage filler. I do not recommend this plugin to anyone.
