Camera never worked

Broken camera, never worked. I've been researching the issue and it turned out to be an issue with many Razer laptops. Razer will not refund the cost of the product and will require you to send them the laptop so they can fix it. But the camera breaks again. If you manage to convince them to send you a new unit. It will be a bank transfer.
