Just wanted to add to my previous review! Much to my surprise, shortly after I wrote this, I received not 1 but 2 product replacements. Of course, I immediately started using mine and shared the other one with my daughter. We are both very happy with our phone holders and so far so good! I fell in love again :-)! I would also like to take this time to say "thank you" for replacing my product past the return period. Now I know for sure that you care about your customers and their experience of the products they buy from you and that is worth a lot these days :-)! I received this product on the 9th. Received it on Jan and enthusiastically started using it shortly thereafter. My sister uses one and advised me to do the same thing I did. I loved it at first, but after a few weeks I noticed that the foam pads that hold the phone in place were coming loose. I tried putting it back in but it didn't work so I sent it back as defective and got another one. Once again I installed it and LOVED it until a few weeks ago. I was driving, and all of a sudden, as I put my phone in the holder, it immediately fell off and began to no longer sway steadily and steadily. I checked it out to see what happened and noticed that now the tube that attaches the holder to the base is loose (see photo). My sister didn't have this problem so I guess I was just lucky to get the faulty product TWICE! holding the phone in place diverge.
