You can "adjust " the length

I breed toy poodles and small spitz. Many litters are born the same color and it becomes difficult to tell which is which. The collar can be shortened to the desired length and the new one stays on pretty well. I've found my moms take them off when I try to wash and reuse collars. So new for every litter.
