The holder came with a 1" x 1" chip chipped from the base along the top edge. I used super glue and glued the broken piece back on. He stayed connected. I flip the broken, repaired side down my back. That's a nice holder. Apart from the broken part, it's good. I didn't bother returning and replacing it because the process can be complicated and frustrating in the past, so I decided to fix the broken thing and just sort it out. With everything else that happens it wasn't worth waiting or waiting for a refund to be sent and waiting for a replacement to be sent and in the end if it did arrive I would make an extra trip to the post office to stand queue and get my package which didn't fit in my mailbox and the carrier didn't think it safe to leave it at my door. Bottom Line: They can crack or break during transit, so be aware.
