So I bought this because I thought it would look great in my kitchen and it really does. It also toasts a fairly firm bagel. The instructions state that the center of the donut needs to be attached to the outside walls and this is important or the bagel will not toast well. I will say that I expected gold metal to be metal. It's more of a rose gold colored plastic. I was a bit surprised that it looks/feels cheap for the price of this item. The toaster itself is plastic and pearl colored. Is it worth the price? I'm not sure if it's a toaster. But I'm happy with how it looks on my counter. I was hoping that I would like this article since it is a new line that also includes household appliances. After receiving this I'm not sure I will like home appliances as much as I will like photos of them, for example a toaster.
